Research into timing related to embedded software development, from analysis to improvements in modelling and architecture design, has been at the core of INCHRON’s ethos since our founding. The knowledge transfer that results, coupled with cross-domain collaboration, has led to hundreds of improvements to chronSUITE that you, our customers, benefit from every day.

 Therefore, we are proud to announce the approval of funding for our newest research activity, AD@chronVAL. The funding application was accepted as part of the KMU-innovativ program, initiated by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung – BMBF).

Collaboration with Ulm University

Together with the Institute for Embedded Systems/Real-Time Systems at the University of Ulm, we will research new real-time analysis methods for future ADAS and autonomous driving system architectures. This will significantly improve the investigation and validation of such systems through mathematical analysis.  The approach will develop, examine and proof new methods with the goal of achieving results even closer to the real behavior of autonomous driving. The research results will be incorporated into the further development of chronVAL, part of the chronSUITE toolkit, and will significantly increase the comprehensibility of analysis results.

Participate in Our Research

 In order to align the project and the research with the requirements of autonomous driving and ADAS system developers, we invite all customers and partners of INCHRON to participate with their requirements, primarily in the form of (simulation) models and use cases. Such insights into your current and future challenges will help guide the research direction, influencing the development of new methods that will meet your needs.
